Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy:

• 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund of any deposit paid
• 12–24 hours before: 50% of deposit may be retained
• Less than 12 hours / no-show: Deposit is non-refundable

2. Pre-Bridal Packages

Pre-bridal package deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the programme start date. After that date, partial credit may be offered at management's discretion.

3. Academy Course Fees

• Cancellations before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations after course start: Pro-rated refund based on remaining sessions
• No refund for completed sessions

4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please inform us within 48 hours. We will schedule a complimentary correction session where possible. Refunds for completed services are handled case by case.

5. Payment Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Razorpay payments, refunds are initiated through the Razorpay dashboard.

7. Exceptions

Refund exceptions may apply for special promotions, gift vouchers, or third-party bookings. These will be communicated at the time of purchase.
