Openings
We are currently looking for talented professionals to join our growing team.
Lead our hair styling team, delivering advanced treatments including keratin, balayage, smoothening, and bridal hair styling. You will mentor junior stylists, conduct client consultations, and ensure the highest standards of hair care at AAINA.
Create stunning bridal, party, and editorial makeup looks using HD and airbrush techniques. Work closely with brides and clients to deliver transformative results that exceed expectations on their special day.
Deliver advanced facial treatments including Hydra Facials, chemical peels, anti-aging therapies, and customised skin care programmes. Conduct thorough skin analyses and create personalised treatment plans for clients with diverse skin concerns.
Perform manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic extensions, and creative nail art. Deliver meticulous nail care services while maintaining the highest hygiene standards in our dedicated nail studio.
Be the first point of contact for our clients. Manage appointments, handle walk-in enquiries, process payments, and ensure every client feels welcomed and valued from the moment they step into AAINA Salon.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview at our Sadar, Lucknow salon. For technical roles, you will be asked to demonstrate your skills on a model or mannequin. This helps us understand your technique, hygiene practices, and client interaction style.
Selected candidates receive a comprehensive onboarding that includes salon protocols, product training, brand standards, and an introduction to our team. You will be paired with a senior mentor for your first month to ensure a smooth transition into the AAINA way of working.
