Senior Hair Stylist

Requirements

Interview & Skill Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview at our Sadar, Lucknow salon. For technical roles, you will be asked to demonstrate your skills on a model or mannequin. This helps us understand your technique, hygiene practices, and client interaction style.
Onboarding & Training
Selected candidates receive a comprehensive onboarding that includes salon protocols, product training, brand standards, and an introduction to our team. You will be paired with a senior mentor for your first month to ensure a smooth transition into the AAINA way of working.
