For brides, we always recommend starting with a free consultation at least 2-3 months before the wedding. This gives our team enough time to assess your needs and create a treatment timeline that ensures you look your absolute best on the big day.
If you are preparing for a special event like an engagement, anniversary, or party, our service packages offer excellent value by bundling complementary treatments at a discounted rate. The Luxury Package is perfect for a complete head-to-toe pampering session, while the Radiance Package focuses on skin glow with a Hydra Facial, D-Tan, and Pedicure.
For regular beauty maintenance, our membership plans offer the best long-term value. A Gold or Platinum membership pays for itself within 2-3 visits and includes complimentary treatments, birthday gifts, and priority booking. Our Gold Bridal Package is the most popular choice for brides who want comprehensive pre-bridal care with premium treatments.
Yes, most packages can be customised to include or exclude specific treatments. Contact us via WhatsApp or visit the salon for a personalised consultation. We will build a package that matches your exact requirements and budget.
We recommend booking your bridal package at least 2-3 months before your wedding date. This allows sufficient time for pre-bridal skin and hair treatments to deliver optimal results. Peak wedding season (October to March) fills up quickly, so early booking is advised.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service receive a full refund minus the 20% deposit. Cancellations within 3-7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. Bridal package cancellations follow a separate policy — please discuss during booking.
The Platinum and Royal Bridal Packages include wedding day HD or airbrush makeup respectively. The Silver and Gold Bridal Packages cover pre-bridal preparation and include makeup trial sessions. Wedding day makeup can be added to any package as an upgrade.
Our listed package prices are standard and include all specified treatments. We occasionally run seasonal promotions and early booking discounts. Membership holders receive additional discounts on packages. We do not negotiate on listed prices but offer genuine value through comprehensive treatment inclusions.
Yes, our packages make wonderful gifts. You can purchase a gift voucher for any package by visiting the salon or contacting us via WhatsApp. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for the specific package or adjusted towards a different one.
